Ripple’s CEO Accuses SEC of Acting like a ‘Bully’ towards the Crypto Industry

Ripple Labs CEO Brad Garlinghouse says the ruling by a federal judge that Ripple’s XRP token is a security when sold to institutional investors is a victory for the crypto industry. Speaking with Matt Miller and Jon Erlichman on “Bloomberg Markets,” Garlinghouse says the SEC overreached and increased confusion around crypto regulation.
