What Americans Really Want Out Of Their Job

GOBankingRates commissioned a survey of workers age 18 and up to determine the job perks that would increase their satisfaction. These are their requests. One worker said that she would like to be paid top dollar for doing the minimal amount of work possible.

Others said that a simple thank you or even some extra donuts or cookies thrown it would be great. How about a nap room? A nice cozy place that is quiet with no distractions in order to get paid to sleep was another request.

The bottom line is, 40% of people surveyed say they want to make more money, 11% say they want more paid time off, while 0% say they want more trust from their manager.
