Survey Reveals Some of the Worst Excuses To Skip Work

A lot of times at work people tend to get tired of the same daily routine over and over again. They beg for Friday and take every single sick day they can possibly get….does that sound like you? If it does make sure you listen up!

A new poll from Career Builder shows that 47% of workers said that they show up to work even when they are sick because they can’t afford to or don’t trust that the work will get done properly. And believe it or not yes, 35% of workers do call in sick when they aren’t really sick at all….but warning your employer is probably on to you. About 1/3 or employers check up on your excuses so why lie?
