It might sound archaic, but hang-drying your clothes is one of the most efficient ways to save the earth and your pocket. The drying machine in your home uses more power than any other appliance, meaning it’s making your energy bill higher than it needs to be while wasting more resources than necessary. Plus, dryers can ruin your clothes, so stick to a more eco-friendly tactic.
