Companies With Female Leaders Make More Money

Looks Ladies Really Should Run the World!

If you want to make more money, then hire more women! That’s right, a recent study says that women make up more than 70% of all consumer-purchasing decisions worldwide.

If you don’t think that’s shocking enough then you might think so when you find out that the global female consumer market is worth about 20 trillion, bigger than the consumer markets in China and India combined.

The value of having women leaders, however, is not just about underlying women’s needs. We know that women process information and make purchasing decisions differently than men do, but companies that understand all of their employees’ needs both men and women are more likely to win and retain top talent.

This is becoming increasingly important as many large economies face talent shortages. Interesting! For more on this hot topic, check out the video for more details.
